VHM
Solid carbide blades 20 - 2,000 m/minWith solid carbide circular saw blades, the cutting speed can be increased by a factor of 3 to 4 compared to conventional HSS saw blades. Even high-strength materials with e.g. 800 - 1,200 N/mm² and or abrasive materials can be sawn reliably.
They are available in fine-toothed versions with angled tooth form A (bevelled edge, DIN 1837 A) and coarse-toothed versions with curved tooth (bevelled edge, DIN 1838 B)

Take advantage of our sharpening service. Using CNC-controlled sharpening systems from Vollmer, your saw blades will be repaired and returned to you within 3 days. Tooth replacement can also often be carried out economically.
Additives can be used for lubrication and cooling in machining processes such as sawing, milling, drilling and thread cutting.
There are special types of e.g. lubricants for different materials and processes, which do not break down during use due to the use of high-pressure additives, even at high cutting edge feed rates.
The resulting cooling and lubrication effect not only produces a better cutting pattern and optimised chip flow, but also results in a significant improvement in tool life.
Ask us for the right oils for your application, e.g. from Tsune.
