Saw heads
Our saw heads are designed for a wide variety of sawing applications in bending devices, production and transfer lines. They are fed via hydraulic or hydropneumatic systems and ball screw drives.
- Suitable for:
Steel tubes and profiles
Sandwich profiles - Work area:
Ø 6 - 180 mm
Material thickness 0.5 - 6.0 mm - Machine data:
Saw blade Ø 255 - 560 mm
Cutting widths 2.0 - 3.6 mm
Power 2.2 - 7.5 kW
Speed 570 - 1,875 rpm
No minimum quantity lubrication necessary
- Suitable for:
Clamping device
Thin-walled tubes, complex workpiece geometries, curved or free-form surfaces can be optimally clamped with these fixtures.
Not only suitable for mounting on sawing machines.
Measuring units
A wide variety of measuring tasks, such as length measurements, can be carried out and recorded following the sawing process.
Measurements before the saw cut enable weight-optimised sawing, e.g. for forged parts.
Section sorting
Saw off-cuts can be sorted into different containers, e.g. for length-related storage. A wide variety of cut-off lengths are sawn within a semi-finished product length.
In this way, unnecessary offcuts within a semi-finished product length can be avoided. Or subsequent operations (here: blow-out device) can be integrated directly into the customer's production line.
Loading magazines
Specially developed for mass cutting, various types of magazines are used.
Collar loaders, slant-loading magazines or chain magazines are just a few examples.
Weighing systems
Weighing systems enable both the processing of sawing orders by weight (not by number of pieces) and quality control after the saw cut.
For example, future forged parts can be sorted into different containers according to weight tolerances.
Roller conveyors and length stops
Roller conveyors can be supplied in the following dimensions in standard or heavy-duty design.
Width: 100 - 500 mm
Length: 1,000 - 6,000 mm
Special rollers, e.g. in a conical shape, are also part of the delivery programme.
Length stops from 1,000 - to 6,000 mm in manual or automatic design via CNC feed extend the range of accessories.
